Developing the Connect platform – Fujifilm's 'silent salesperson'
Customers are the lifeblood of any business – and Fujifilm came to BRIGHT wanting to better support valued consumers throughout a lifetime of product ownership. The result was Connect, a pan-European customer warranty portal which provided a raft of services, including product registration, technique and technical guides, repairs, promotions, product news and more.
The platform was an immediate hit with customers and – crucially – helped Fujifilm get a deeper understanding of its camera users. Connect provided detailed data, enabling the creation of more targeted email campaigns, driving greater engagement and boosting interaction rates far higher than industry standards.
