Peak season onboarding campaigns for Amazon Shipping

While Amazon has become a byword for online shopping, Amazon Shipping is a more fledgling arm of the global mega-brand. BRIGHT fought off other agencies to land this prestigious client, helping to establish itself in the highly competitive parcel delivery sector. We worked with key stakeholders, to develop coherent design and writing styles that could be applied across its suite of vital B2B communications.

Ahead of the Christmas peak period, the Peak Readiness and Peak Success campaigns helped Amazon Shipping onboard new customers to its platform, ensuring those customers fully understood the company’s processes.

The brief

Create and design multiple assets, including web pages, LinkedIn advertising, emails and presentations, to successfully communicate the Peak Readiness and Peak Success campaigns to Amazon Shipping’s B2B audience.

What we did

Using information supplied by the client, we put together a range of assets, fine-tuning key brand messages to be communicated before and during the peak delivery season. Web pages compatible with Amazon’s own page-building software, LinkedIn adverts, scripted PowerPoint presentations and a targeted email campaign were all written, designed and built by our teams.

Amazon Shipping enjoyed a fantastic peak delivery period in 2021, with our content providing clear, targeted and consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
