Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, delivering and measuring, effective, engaging digital marketing campaigns for the company and our clients, with a focus on paid media, social, display advertising and SEO. This role requires an analytical, strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced environment and can adjust tactics to deliver results. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all our digital marketing campaigns for the company and our clients and set objectives and goals for each
  • Ideate, brief and implement specific marketing campaigns with organic, paid, email and social components
  • Provide analytical reports on each and use the data to make informed decisions for future activities
  • Implement and manage Google, SEO, paid advertising and paid social
  • Find and target audiences
  • Website maintenance
  • Email campaign management

Requirements:

  • High level experience with creating digital strategies
  • Full knowledge of paid advertising, PPC, paid social, SEO/SEM and email marketing
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role (preferably in an agency related role)
  • Creative thinker with the capacity to create engaging campaigns
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram & LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing across paid, earned and owned channels
  • Content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
